How long is shipping?

 

Once your order is processed, we aim to ship it out within 3-5 business days. This timeframe allows us to meticulously prepare and package your items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Usually orders shipping times are between 8-16 days.

International Shipping?

Currently we do not operate full international shipping. Please check if your country is available for shipping at checkout. At the moment we ship to USA/UK/ Germany/France/Italy/Canada/Australia/Mexico

 

Our shipping policy delivery is within 8 to 16 business days for orders in select countries. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email upon dispatch and once shipped. Contact customer support for international orders. Thank you for choosing kick kudos.

No Refund & Exchange Policy:

1. All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or any other reason.

2. Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges for products purchased from our store. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of their order before completing the purchase.

3. Defective or Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
